BRAD RENZELMAN, President and CEO
Brad Renzelman brings significant experience and capability in the financial services arena to Xodus Debt Solutions. Brad's aptitude for building relationships and explaining complex financial concepts in easy to understand language has been foundational to his career. Brad began his career with John Hancock where he was recognized as one of the top agents for the company in his first years. His nearly five-year sales career with John Hancock left him with considerable experience and enabled him to establish his own Certified Financial Planning business in 2001. Brad's business grew rapidly and, over time, evolved into a fee-based model working primarily with high net worth clients. It is also during this period that Brad began looking at the relationship between debt and wealth, forming many of his opinions on debt elimination as a cornerstone in the wealth-building process. In 2003, Brad expanded his entrepreneurial career with the founding of Term101.com to focus on the rapidly growing number of people who were shopping and buying life insurance online. Term101.com grew significantly over the next few years and, in 2007, Brad merged Term101.com with National Brokerage, a managing general agency specializing in life insurance, annuities, and life settlements. Following the merger, Brad assumed the role of Executive Vice President in the National Brokerage organization and currently manages the Colorado and California branches. In 2008, Brad began to formulate strategies regarding debt freedom and how those strategies could be used to help create and build wealth. After conducting a strategic market analysis as well as meeting with a number of key industry experts, Brad developed the foundational principles upon which Xodus Debt Solutions would be founded. In 2009, those principles became a reality with the creation of Xodus Debt Solutions. Brad lives in Colorado Springs with his family and is an active member in the community. Brad graduated in 1993 from the Master's College with a degree in Psychology.

MARVIN A. BOYD, Finance and Global Business Management Advisement
Marvin Boyd brings a wealth of experience in business management and financial management to Xodus Debt Solutions. His 30-year career encompasses 12+ years with Grant Thornton, a national public accounting firm in the capacity of Certified Public Accountant. While there, Marvin honed his skills in both financial management as well as business management in support of his many clients. In 1989, Marvin began his automotive career with Phil Long Dealerships of Colorado. Marvin's career with Phil Long spanned 17 years with the last 10 years serving in position as one of four senior partners at the automotive company. Marvin resigned from Phil Long Dealerships in August 2006 to pursue his passion and desire to further his entrepreneurial interests and to establish a number of business startups including an internet automotive company named Smart Choice Auto and Eckoneekee, a new technology firm focused on hand held applications. Marvin joined Xodus Debt Solutions as part of the advisory team in 2009. Marvin and his wife Christy moved to Colorado Springs in 1986 to raise their young family of three children. Marvin graduated from the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley, Colorado in 1977 with a B.S. in Business Administration.
RANDALL D. KENWORTHY, Operations, Sales and Investment Advisement
Randy Kenworthy brings extensive executive business and sales management experience to the advisory team for Xodus Debt Solutions. Randy is a serial entrepreneur, having founded numerous businesses, or participated as a senior executive in early stage management teams of venture backed companies in the sectors of training and development, software and hardware technology, technology services, and financial services. Throughout his 25-year career Randy has held the executive positions of CEO, EVP Sales and Marketing, VP Sales, and VP of Business Development. Randy has participated in numerous equity and debt financings totaling $1B USD, executed multiple mergers, acquisitions and IPOs, and in 2006 co-founded Caddis Capital, LLC, a Denver, Colorado based private equity firm serving the income oriented private investors. Presently Randy is the acting Managing Director of TCON (The Children of the Nile), an organization that provides farming and agriculture opportunities to 25,000 widows in Uganda (tcon-uganda.org). Serving the local community Randy participates as an advisory board member for Denver, CO based A.C.E. (Alliance for Choice in Education), and the Bard Center for Entrepreneurism at Colorado University. Randy is a sought after speaker and subject matter expert in the areas of sales, marketing, business development, and private investment and financing. Randy resides in the Denver, Colorado metro area with his wife of 21 years, their teenage daughter, and three dogs.
KIM R. SHUGART, Branding, Marketing and Communications Advisement
Kim Shugart brings considerable depth in branding, marketing and advertising to Xodus Debt Solutions. His 20-plus year career in marketing and communications has encompassed brand development, general advertising, direct marketing, and online marketing. Kim was a founding partner of Shugart Matson Marketing Communications and a founder of the Internet Services firm, Clear Ink. Following a merger between these two companies, Kim served as President and CEO of the new Clear Ink Corporation in Northern California. Through his efforts, Shugart Matson/Clear Ink grew from a modest firm of four partners to a significant player in the San Francisco advertising, marketing, communications, and online communities boasting over $150 million in billings and over 160 employees. Kim's background includes branding, marketing consultation, advertising, direct marketing, and online communications for such companies as AT&T, Wells Fargo, Oracle, Jelly Belly, Pacific Bell/SBC, PeopleSoft, Salesforce.com, Oral-B, and many others. Kim was widely recognized in the San Francisco Bay Area as a communications innovator and skilled marketer and received numerous awards for both marketing effectiveness and advertising creativity. In 1998, Kim was selected as Northern California Advertising Person of the Year. Kim and his family relocated to Colorado Springs in 2003 to begin a new chapter in their lives. Kim is strongly committed to serving the community and currently serves on a number of non-profit organization boards, and is a founding partner of the Legacy Foundations Group in Colorado. Kim is also a founding partner and developed the branding and marketing for the chain of Mr. Biggs Entertainment Centers in Colorado and has provided marketing and communications consulting to Envision eSolutions as well as other Colorado companies and organizations. He began working with Xodus Debt Solutions early in 2009. Kim holds a B.S. in Marketing from San Francisco State University.
